I have tried to contact you by telephone over the last couple of days regarding your trackday booking, unfortunately due to emergency track maintenance at Cadwell Park we have had to cancel the trackday on Saturday 26 January, I have listed the various options available to you regarding your current booking:



Firstly, our next available date at Cadwell Park is on Thursday 20th March, I would be happy to transfer your booking directly onto this date.



Secondly, I can hold the £55 from your original booking on credit for you for further trackday use.



Finally, I can refund your booking directly back onto the card you originally used for your purchase.



My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, if you can let me know of your decision once you have made your choice then I would be happy to process this for you, I can be contacted either via this e-mail address or alternatively on 01474 875219.

Considering I have booked a Van and Accomodation for Saturday and only recieving this email this evening........whaty a bunch of:jack

well i have sent an interesting email to them but i wont be able to try to get deposits back until tomorrow but its less than 72 hrs so im not holding me breath....

personally i reckon they either didnt have enough bookings or lack of marshalls but i spose the weather mite have had a cause for the maintenence...

I was so looking forward to it!!!

Pics to follow but it is still white tho, thats a point I could start to spray it this weekend??? That way I could go out for a ride while the fairings off...

Go for the compo on your additional expenses, but you may need to to check the (Very) small print RE:refunds, I bet they will only refund the booking fee.

might take you up on that mate,,,mind you dont know how long its going to take to swap over fairings which does mean putting the lights back in etc so will have to see, and also depends on the wind for tomorrow...today was hhooooorrrreeeeennnndddooooouuuuusssss!!

On the plus side I have been reembursed my money for this weekend and MSV have got me on another Cadwell day in March for free..Good lads...!
TBH were very understanding of my situation!

Will do matey, ask Sprocker what my Bike DIY is like lol I have been known to run into dramas....lol
