Just a heads up on a piece of gear that I find very handy (pun intended). I recently bought a pair of GRIP PUPPIES from California Sport Touring (casporttouring.com). They are nothing more than neoprene overgrips for the handlebars. They immediately improve comfort and remove a good deal of the vibration from your grips. They install by simply slipping over the existing grip. You place a small amount of soapy water inside before slipping over. The increase in diameter is +/- 1/8in. If you choose standard shipping you pay no shipping fee. And the best is that they cost only $9.95!:cheers
