Morning Guys

New to the site but had my Gen 1 Tuono for a couple of years (just got it back on the road as it has a bit more character than my Blackbird :inlove)

I've done a couple of mods/repairs to get it back on the road but one is bugging me... how to get rid of the crazing on the headlight - without buying a new one!!! I've tried to show it in the pic but it doesn't show very well apart from a bit in the top right but the crazing is all over the headlight and really lets down the rest of the bike.

ANY IDEAS??

Cant be that bad if it does not show up.

If its on the inside, can you access it & use T-cut ?

Any way, following recent rule changes, you are supposed to show your lass walking semi-naked on a beach as part of your intro.

You seem to have got off lightly.

Another North East member, welcome.

They seem to be coming oun of the wood work.

Bex I had exactly the same problem as yourself. I just checked ebay and bought a 2nd hand headlight for 20 quid. Just keep your eye open for one. They come up every so often and the one I got no one bid on as they were bidding on a different one. The one I got was ever so slightly cracked in the corner and can only be seen from above. Contacted the seller and he sold it me for £20 quid which was initial asking price.

Other than that just get a headlight protector over it to cover it.

The headlight photo is an old one... it's got much worse since that was taken and I doubt T-cut would touch it now. Got my eye on a tinted cover as I can't see me getting a headlight for anywhere near the £20 you paid bay_1472 (someone in the US asking for £240!!!) - more to the point... what I'm prepared to pay [tightwad]
