Great ride today

Hooked up with DaveB and TubbyT this morning and headed over to Wales. Usual loop, up the stunning Usk Rd, Aber, Brecon, Llandovery, Builth etc. Beautiful weather, not too much traffic, ideal conditions. Naturally we took it steady and obeyed all posted limits.

Met up with Evlin at Aber on the way back for a chat - stacks of bikes out, unsurprisingly.

Great ride chaps - here's to a great Summer :thumbup

Due to the needs of the women of the house I could only squeeze in a 40 mile buzz and a cup of tea at the Food Stop Cafe. As you say, many bikes about.

Here's hoping for a warm dry summer.

Sorry we peeled off at the end of the usk road gilo but both me and peter were showing fuel lights AGAIN !! Was gonna post some pics but to be honest gilo, your phone pics were better than those on my camera ! Must play with the settings i think..Got the buzz now, will have to go out again tomorrow.
 
I also was out playing Aberystwyth and back just for a bacon butty 3 fill ups :crazy was empty when i started though.

Lots to do in house an garden but thought feck it we don't get much sun
 
Dave, I pulled over and waited for a bit then figured you'd have hung a left to the Esso garage to get petrol. I knew I could (just) get home before the fuel light came on...

I'm off out tomorrow as well but taking the back roads u guys didn't take. Not quite as quick but awesome roads and stunning scenery. Will post pics. Anyone heading over to wales tomorrow.

When mine were small I didn't get as many passes, but now they're older (11 and 9) I get a lot more playtime. Having girls helps as they all go shopping while I'm out playing :biggrin
