had a planned trip to the british superbikes with a mate for his birthday (45yrs)
the day began with me trying to find the meeting place:jack and being happy to arrive 10 mins early, time for a smoke and a bottle of oasis:biggrin
Then a lovely ride along some great twisties:devious which had me and the bike begging for more.
needed fuel at junction 22 (almost there F*ck!)
fortunately had almost an hour to spendbefore the first race, and stumbled across a gentleman and his stepdaughter (on the way to her first bsb) on their blackbird, accompanied by the AA man.
He had filled up with diesel.
Some me my mate and this guy disconnected the tank and drained it, filled up no joy:dunno
Meanwhile across at the fuel station My mille and my mate 08 plate R1 are sat.
A truck driver came over to me (near the burger king/Coffee hut) and asked if the 2 bikes belonged to us? Yes mate they do.
''well theres this bike with 2 lads on who have been trying to wiggle your handlebars''
Running now across the forecourt, see a Silver/Grey coloured bike!! 2 lads as described! Adrenaline now pumping me and mate running after a bike:jack thinking in a vain hope that they slip on fuel:jack:jack:jack #
But got a partial reg, **04 FAC . Silver(glossy) and Grey (matt) Triumph 675
Rider Dark Textiles brand unknown White plain Lid
Pillion Jeans Black Leather Humped Jacket Brightly coloured Lid (possibly rossi rep)
If you live in this area and have seen this bike, or pass the guy daily on the way to work, send a pm .
Cheers guys.
Ps the racing was great:thumbup had a good time for my mates birthday. no real incidents, and kept dry all day apart from sweat :thumbup

Not good bud.

Have you reported it to the police?

They should be able to get full vehicle details from the partial VRN. Isn;t it alwas the samaritan who gets ****** over. not a good day out.

Surely the garage have ANPR for all the ride-offs/drive-offs? Worth asking them, although in all probability I suspect the police wouldn't be @rsed.
