Sorry dude I have know idea...Maybe try your local dealer or the aprilia net web site??

Hi johny. Iv'e got them but Iv'e no idea what or where the codes for the colour are, if you can find out where to look for them on the bike or elsewhere I do it.

I'd pop along to the local auto paint shop and ask them to match with the front forks (which are anodised by the way, not painted, so may be tricky).

hi perry,
paint i used was water based paint that nearly everyone stocks now, gave them 4coats of base and a couple coats of lacquer, finish was very good,

Hi jonny. I don't know what the surface finish on your blue wheels was like, but on my 08 they are very rough. They are a ******* to keep clean, no matter what kind or type of protection I've tried they still take hours to clean. Just wondered if what you'ved done makes the surface any smoother, ie easier to clean.

Cheers. Aldo 08f.

lol,yep the blue was anodised and it was a kinda sandy satin finish if that makes sence, was fine if you give it a spray with silicone but not advisable incase it gets neer your tyres:crazy,i noticed that after cleaning them then 5mins out on the bike they look pretty :thumbdown, big differance with the wheels painted and they look good even after a long run, takes a nice coat of polish to,total cost of me painting them myself was only around £85 but there is some bodyshops that wont take much more, powder coating would be ok if you could get the colour your after,i think it was well worth the hassle:yes:thumbup

Hi jonny. I dont want to change the colour, just make them easier to clean. I'll take the bike to my powder coaters and see what they say. Thanks for that.

if your wheels are in perfect nick may be worth seeing if you can get a nice coat of clearcoat on them,if you give them 2 or 3 coats it will give you a finish thats very easy to keep clean and very easy to polish,
