I had my first long ride on the factory today , up to glen shee. OMG!:thumbup
This bike handles. I run 15/42 gearing and was blasting out of every corner leaving my R6 riding buddy in a shower of kicked up dirt. This is the best bike i`ve ever owned. I normally ride around on the torque at 5-6000rpm but after today the bike feels slow if i`m not bouncying off the limiter:devious

Unfortunately my poor mate Ronnie`s abition out ran his skill and lowsided his zx6r and tore a coolant hose open:jack. He`s fine, but the bike had to be trailered home. Poor bugger hasn`t been riding long and he`s always dropping it off the side stand etc..

prob tryin to keep up with you lot did it . he needs to go up front for a few ride outs me finks .

we have all dropped em of the stands etc at some point .my old house had a gravel back ally and that was my learning curve with my gsx600f ,god there heavy when they lie on ya .

glad your mates ok .

Yeah i think he was trying too hard to keep up. And for some reason he`s got a 170 tyre on the back ( bought it that way) which wouldn`t help.

We told him he should change it, but he`s a bit tight with the purse strings. That`s an understatement really, `grip of a drowning man` would be a better descripition.
