Hi does anybody have expierience of fitting these..the instructions tell you to fit nuts to lock the counterparts but you dont have room to tighten them

Just read a story one on a bussa. I have to say it's a worry but if you tighten the spindle nut up effin tight I dont see how it can happen.

The nut is not an essential part!
The (new) manual gives the following instructions:

The (new) manual gives the following instructions:
- Insert bolt M6 for fixing the counter part and screw on nut
M6(2). - If it is not possible to insert a nut to secure, insert bolt M6-7380 with Loctite into counter holder.
- Fix counter part. Check that is gap between nut and counter part(3).
- Fit bolts only hand-tight. Tightening torque: 2Nm

Never had any problems with mine at all, they are a lot easier to work with both for the stand and chain adjusting:thumbup
