Hi all I haven't been on here fore a while since I sold my last v4 but I'm thinking of buying a gen 2 factory,there is one on eBay Item no 232867531412 advertised as a factory,but i though they all had gold frame and forks and blue wheels,I'm sure someone will put me right.cheers buntsb

Certainly not a Factory, same colours as my 06 Tuono 1000 R. 56 Reg the Factory wasn't even on sale then. Someones telling porkies.
All Factorys have Ohlins forks / shocks / steering damper, Gold frame and carbon bits and pieces, including longer carbon belly pan. Early ones had blue wheels (forged) and later they were gold. Colours were white / red, then later Black Dream were black / red.

Well after looking at a few gen 2 which were not as good as advertised, I’ve got a new toy,a real nice black 09 factory with 10,000 mls ,looking to put a few more on while the weather is good and get a couple of track days. probably could have got a v4 for not much more money but fancied another twin.
