Hi. Looking for gen 1. May be factory.
I spotted one for sale. It's an R factory. Also says erre on the side. Thing is something looks not quite right as its listed as an 08???
Check it out its on a bike sales site called red lodge autos.

Looks a bit unique but could be from old stock reg in 2008.

No doubt someone with more knowledge will be along with more constructive info.

I've heard of bikes being left over. Infact I've bought a brand new bike that was a zero mile display model. That was over a year old with new plates on it. But a bike like this kicking around for 5yrs before its registered!! Come on I'm not buying that (no pun intended)! From what I can tell the R's with the blue wheels could be 03??

yes the model in question was introduced in 2003 as mentioned in the track test previousley attached, as for unregistered bikes you will be surprised how many are out there. some come from dealerships however most are from peeps who collect bikes in the hope one day they will be worth a fortune and when they dont increase in value or they get bored of looking at them they get sold.
all can add is that if you are interested in the bike then do a bit of research.

Gen 1 Factory came out in 2004,....the 2003 bike was the Racing. It was in production for one more year before being replaced by the Gen2.

Thought Keith might inform you aboit the intrinsics, could it possibly be some kind of import. What do you think it is Keith?

Brooksy you can not put a plate on a bike to make it appear younger than it is. The plate is supposed to reflect the age of manufacture not the age of registration. Below is a reply from a vehicle checker service.

DVLA will always issue out an age related plate going by the manufacture
date, not the date of 1st registration so even if it was an import the
plate should reflect the age of the car, not how long it has been in the
UK. You are correct DVLA will not allow a orivate plate to go on a vehicle
to make it appear younger.

Dunno mate, could be a private import,....a write off with a new frame,or simply sat in a dealers for 3 years.Padgetts recently had a brand new,un reg,'08 Factory for sale,....so they do exist.
As Garry says, there is something not right about the bike,.....like where have all the graphics gone?Looks like its been rebuilt to me.

Aprilia RSV ERRE MILLE R TUONO CARBON FIBRE MASTERPIECE - CompuCars
