Spoke to Corbin seats and the uk distributor tells me the main seat is £240 bit pricey that
Did the south of France with an inflatable seat which you just strap on. One size fits all. Felt a bit funny at first as it moves around under you but I would've suffered without it.
You can send the seat away to get gel inserts put in. There's a few places ont the net that do it
There's a corbon seat on evilbay at the moment if anyone is still looking for one. Found it under rsv heading

It's not difficult to do your own.
A gell insert is about £35...easy enough to fit, and there are plenty of tutorials on youtube.
The hardest part is getting hold of a staple gun that has enough welly to fire staples into the plastic seat base.
You'll need one that's powered from an airline....the handheld mechanical ones just won't do it.

when i recovered mine a was doing impressions of a mad man wi a tommy gun :crazy shooting them fuckers into the plakky seat base..i eventually gave up and stuck it on with 3m duck tape...its still on now 18k miles 3 years later:thumbup
