Already gone down a tooth on the front sprocket but was thinking of going down another on the front & up a few on the rear. Anyone already done this? How does it feel? Whats the top end?

Id like my bike to top out at about 145/150 but get there silly quick cos at the mo it still seems very high geared for a naked, I mean who wants to do 165+ mph on a naked bike anyway?

I want the power but don't need the top end.

I know alot of people run -1/+2 but ive not seen anyone running -2 Id imagine you would struggle to keep the front wheel down unless thats your thing.

Hi I am new to this Tuono bike, a factory, but I read all details on this site so went from 16 to 15 on the front which was nice and then again from 40 to 42 on the back. This is now a nice compromise and runs lovely although the tank range drops to just about 100 miles per tank.
Motorway is smooth a and B roads lovely with this gearing. It will pick up the front on hard acceleration on the throttle so be careful, it scared me shitless the first time I felt it.
But now a better bike

For others reading this I have stories about the short side stand, the dealer said it is because knobs cannot park their bikes properly but I must admit the triangle from front to back wheel and the stand is rather shallow so it tend to not lie it on soft soil but on a good hard standing. Also it doesn,t help being a tall bike.
Finally I am looking at changing the screen and the standard is too short. The Ermax looks the best
What do you all thinks
