Hi
Newbbie to the forum, been watching for a while though - great and helpful site.

Anyhow, I have an issue with the fueling possibly / the set up....to be honest i'm not sure!!
The problem; when riding along the bike feels (slightly) jumpy ... this can happen if the bike is sat any were in the rev range or any gear... so it is constant, but i don't what??? has anybody had/have this issue or any advice.

Many thanks Banjo.

Just to raise another issue GREY is the BEST colour...hahahahaha:biggrin

All of the grey ones are jumpy :devious

Could be a light misfire or bad setup on the Tb's. When was it last serviced and had a tune up ?

This probably isnt the problem mate, but its always worth checking the throttle butterflies' screws are secure. my front cylinders butterfly was loose when i did my winter strip, defo dont want the screws going into the engine and movement on the butterfly would cause a very un-smooth ride

Thanks for that, I've taken the Air box off and check the Butterflies and they are secured. Put air box back, left fuel tank up and started the engine and as the rev's increase this problem seems to increase. Could it be the injector themselves,?? what about spark plugs, as there are two per cylinder head????

Bike has done 15k, i've had it since 12k and no tune up since i've had it.... only oil/air(OEM) filter, oil, valve clearences and general TLC.

well finally found the problem....the valve stem seals are leaking, allowing oil to trickle down them. this has prevented the intake valve seating correctly. a build up of burnt oil has coated the valves and piston head. A biiiigggg clean up job only on the Rear Cylinder. thanks for the posts received.
