????fuel light stages???

morning my friends.........does anyone know the stages of the fuel light so far mine just stays on for a while, the off for a while.......does it get faster as your fuel gets lower????? please help mine is 01 mille:dunno

:dunnohi luke thinking same thing, found out the hard way when i ran out of fuel doh!thought light would flash, on my tl it would flash then stay on when really low, not rocket science

I head for a petrol station as soon as the lamp comes on when the bikes upright.

Ignore it flashing on when taking bends, that's just the sensor being fooled by the fuel swashing around in the tank.

I think the book states that you have 4.5 lts + or - 1 ltr left when the light first comes on. So approx 1 gallon. Play safe and find petrol station asap. :thumbup

I was forced to do 28 miles with the light on, wouldnt have wanted to go much further
