Anyone give me any pointers? I've got home after a weeks holiday to find fuel dripping out of my drain hose.

The hose goes direct to my tank as when I blow down it with the filler open I get a head full of petrol.

I've tried leaving the filler open as it was full of fuel and I thought it might be due to expansion if the vent was blocked - this didn't help.

The bike hasn't been knocked over? Or someone has been riding your bike, refilled the tank and overfilled it :D odd indeed :dunno
I wouldn't think you would have got that much expansion. Even tank shrinkage from very cold evenings wouldn't be that large as to cause this.
There is some very knowledgable members on this forum..i'm sure someone can give you a better answer than i on this. Cheers matey & welcome to the RSVzone :thumbup

No ones borrowed it and it's never been over, just stood a week.

Does the fuel vent pipe goe directly into the tank or via a fuel pump for the injection?

Well, a good blast on the way to work today seems to have cleared it, must have been a a valve or something that wasn't quite closed.

the fuel lines (2) one is vapour release, one is overflow, likely you just over filled it a litttle, maybe popped a wheelie or somet, easy to over spill on these i've done it a few times myself
