I overfilled the bike recently and fuel pee'd out of the breather pipe, since then it's leaking small amounts but no longer has a full tank, any ideas guys? Thanks in advance.

No I checked that for pressure build up, it's only a small amount of fuel but surely it shouldn't even be that?

It'll have stopped by tomorrow, mine did similar a while ago, and I thought oh ****, but ok the next day.

It's been like it for 3 days now, that can't be right! As you say I hope it'll just stop on it's own. The bloody thing drinks enough as it is without chucking out the bottom too lol

3 days is not good mate. Seems strange to have just started after over filling and still doing it, beats me

Yep, I wondered if seeing as the pipe was full of fuel it's now acting as a syphon? Wait and see I guess.

Its probably just a small amount that is slowly syphoning down the overflow and/or breather pipe. When I overfilled mine once, the 'well' around the filler seemed to take ages to drain.
Could be the breather pipe has a small kink or is pinched somewhere restricting the flow.:dunno

I hope that's the case Keith? The tank has not been off or moved so don't think it's a kink. It came out fast enough at the pump, I nearly had kittens lol
