Hi guys bought a 2002 Mille today the bikes rear sprocket is slightly worn and I asked the dealer to replace front and rear plus fit new chain, dont know what tooth front is but should I be asking him or making sure he fits ??? how many teeth, and what size rear to match. I think I remember changing down on my tuono would it have been 15 ? from 16? is the mille the same, need to advise my dealer ASAP before its to late. Cheers guys Ken::dunno

What year is your Mille??

Ignore that, just read your post properly!!!!!!

Best gearing for pre '04 shape Mille is 16-44 buddy.............most of us older shaped owners go for that set up...................:thumbup

What chain do you run on this 108 or 110 links ? thinking 16/44 might be 110 ?:confused

Yeah mate, go safe with 110, the spindle sits about 1/3 of the way back in the adjustment...........108 can be a squeeze!!!

By memory I think you are right and 110 link is the length. If 110 is standard then it allows enough room for the change of 1 down on the front and 2 up on the rear!

Cheers guys, going for the 16/44x 110. Thanks all for your help. nice to get a reply from down under the world is not that big. RIDE SAFE Ken:thumbup
