front sprocket change I know I've seen this somewhere!!

Hi there, I know there is one somewhere a how to to change the front sprocket as I did it myself last time but I can't find it! Could someone please give me some directions, I have tried a search?! Also this isn't for my mille its for my RC8 but surely there's not much difference?

loosen back wheel and push as far forward as poss gain access to front sprocket try putting back brake on to lock back wheel so you can undo the sprocket bolt (do this before adjusting wheel )once bolt is undone pull chain off the rear sprocket to get as much slack as poss then pull the chain off the front sprocket and pull of the front sprocket
