Front Fork Oil Change - Early Tuono ?

Hi there, just wondering if any of you has tackled a front (Showa) fork oil change on a Gen 1 Tuono ? Mine's a 2003 model.

I'm a fairly competent home mechanic but any advice would be appreciated, such as any special tools required, etc ?

I've done it on a Showa forked Monster.I believe you only need 2 special tools for depressing the spring spacer and something to hold it down so you can remove the preload adjuster.I cant quite remember what I used instead,....a couple of screwdrivers and a couple of adapted washers ring a bell.:rolleyes
Its a fork out job,then remove the fork preload adjuster and all the spring gubbins,..old oil can then be tipped out.
