Fork Oil, weight and quantity

Hi All,
Over the winter I want to go through the bike changing and refreshing fluids as I've no idea the last time they were done.
Oil and coolant is easy to find info on, But what weight and quantity of fork oil have people had the best results with?
Your input will be much appriciated.

Mate, don't go on quantity, go on level.

118 mm measured from the top of the leg.

Weight...book says 5 to 20.

I use 7.5, by I live in the tropics.

This forum is very quiet....

Thanks for the reply mate.
Forum used to be quite lively but has gone quiet over the last few months.
was hoping to get some info on oil weight from someone in the uk.

Manual says 5 weight but was advised on the other forum to use 7.5
