This is a rare and beautiful example of a real RSVR Factory. If you are not aware the Factory is the fully loaded version of the 2nd generation RSV1000R. It is covered in carbon parts, magnesium casings all over, OZ cold forged wheels (much lighter than the standard RSV1000R wheels) and of course the best of the best suspension: fully adjustable Ohlins with ride hide, pre load, inbound compression, and rebound compression for both the front forks and the rear shock. Ohlins steering damper. It has 4 piston radial calliper Brembo floating front disk brakes with stainless steel hoses and a Brembo rear disk brake. The computerized dashboard has all kind of goodies including a programmable shift light and a lap timer. Other functions are: a clock, digital speedo, Odo, trip1, trip2, average speed, max speed, water temperature indicator, side stand indicator, neutral indicator, oil etc.
All this is 100% original. Only change to the bike is the added crash bungs (4 in total). See pictures. This bike has never seen a race track or winter weather. It is in stunning good condition. It rides fantastic. The bike is much better than most riders.
Last serviced at 20k miles. Currently at 23k miles (see pictures)
It comes with all original Aprilia RSV1000R Factory manuals, Datatool immobiliser and alarm documentation, extensive service history including service books with all stamps, all MOTs and stacks of receipts. MOT runs out on 15 March 2015, but I’m happy to get another MOT done before I sell it. Tax until July 2015. Tyres are not new, but have some good live in them.
Extra’s included:
- Datatool integrated alarm + immobiliser with 2 remote controls
- 2 original Aprilia keys
- Separate Passenger seat (replaces the seat cowl)
- Original complete tool kit
- Choice of exhausts: a set of professional cored Aprilia road legal Race exhausts in dark grey or a set of (more silent) silver colour Aprilia RSV1000R exhausts.
Optional extra’s:
- Rear paddock stand
- Bike cover
- Additional set of exhausts
- Tail tidy
- Slightly smaller numberplate
