UK--For sale 2006 rsv 1000 r
I have up for sale my 2006 Aprilia RSV 1000.
I will detail the bike as honest as possible and I am happy to send any pics or videos of the bike.
It is a 2005 model but on a 06 plate I have left the number in the pics so you can see, currently has 14,700 miles on the clock.
I purchased this bile about 6 months ago after always wanting a v twin, after running around for a few months and just coming back from a 1500 mile round trip to assen for the moto gp I have decied as nice as they are I am a inline 4 person.
The bike is recordedaim insurance data base this was a very low speed drop all the panels are the original ones and suffered only minimal scuffs. the tank has a scrape (no dent) as can be seen in the pic, the bottom of the can also has a dink.
If I was keeping it both fairings could do with being repainted, they look ok from a ditsance but not brill close up the white on there is a vinyl wrap.
There is no service history as this was sent to the insurance company and never returned and there is only 1 key.
The bike is taxed and mot'd till september and I have all the old mot's (only 2 as it is 06 bike).
The EFI light comes on but the bike runs perfect and pulls good, I have been told that this is most probably due to the Bewolf exhaist sysytem meaning she is over fuleling, could do with setting up properly with a power commander or standard cans back on.
If a good swap is offerd the bike will come with the Ventura luggage system as seen in the pics.
The bike also just had (prior to my european trip) brand new pirelli Diablo rosso 2's front and back.
As I have said above I am looking at going back to a inline four and am ideally looking for a GSXR 1000 K5 or 6 only or a fireblade rr6 or a 04 on R1 but a GSXr would be perfect or would be interested in a nice 2 door convertible boxster, z4 etc,
