fly wheel removal

hi guys cant get my flywheel off to replace my sprag clutch any help would be grate had hydrolic puller on it and it wont move

You need to heat it with a heat gun to break the locktite seal, then it should pop off.

Just heat it gently and keep a little pressure on the puller then all of a sudden it will come off with a bang.

i had to heat mine with a blow torch for around 10 mins and it still needed around 150-200 lbs of torque !!!!

foooking thing nearly took my head off when it finally popped or was that exploded ?
