my 2000 rsv sprays clutch fluid from the resovior onto the inside of the fairing, this only happens when riding and the clutch is being used, ive checked the obvious and changed the pipe work but no luck, anyone else have the same problem and what did you do to sort it (ive made a rubber gasket for inside the resovior but no luck)

cheers :thumbup

if you can get some silicone sealent you can get it from dive shops, smear the new seal with it,it helps stop the blackening and makes the clutch feel smoother:thumbup

had probs with mine pushing fluid out the supply pipe and i found it was the rubber in the cap which had sort of rolled over on its self so when i put the cap on it created a seal and pressurised the container all i did was push the rubber over so the air came out sorted

Cheers, mate. I've had the cap / seal and diaphragm off and on a number of times, all tight back on and still the sodding thing sprays fluid....
