got up this morning to go to work started her up will not fire up FLAT BATTERY :dunno,was starting fine on saturday with no problems then we had the snow on sunday and now she will not start got the battery on charge now so see how it goes.

is this a common thing with the rsvr.
 
Just sounds like your battery has had it.
Wouldn't bother with messing about with it, just get a new one or it will only let you down again....
 
Millelatts, there is a whole chapter of posts about why you need to keep these bikes hooked up to an Optimate III SP at all times when not in use. Your battery sounds like it's probably passed it's best. YTX14BS from Yuasa, Varta or Bosch and an Optimate and you shouldn't have any more starting problems

Its recomended that you keep it on optimate millelatts :thumbup this cold weather does make the batteries suffer . I had similar problems but when it was charged up it was fine so hope you get it going fella :thumbup
