Got my 07 Tuono R delivered yesterday so I went on my 1st ride today, love the bike , easy to ride and not as intimidating as I thought it would be.
Great riding position, loads of power, great brakes, perfect apart from ;
Who put the horn button there ?
Needs the 15 / 42 gearing as its way over geared
Too bloody quiet ! (Akrapovics needed)
Side stand worries me.
All of these issues to be addressed.
I love this bike !

hi D , try 15/40 gearing and yes i thought i was the only one who thought the horn and indi switch were upside down .
had mine for 7 months now and still give it some horn instead of indicating ! doh .
i put some mirror extenders on mine as the view of my shoulders/ elbows got a bit boring !!!.
akras,s or mivv,s are a must along with map 2
otherwise its a perfect bike .:roost:roost:roost

Mivvs everytime....and the US side stand of course! Fitted to my Tuono, happy to show you as we're almost neighbours :)

Akras are over rated & expensive in my book. Plenty other cans out there much cheaper.
As mentioned above, you need map 2 when changing cans, makes a huge difference.

Hi Dal As mentioned above get on flea bay and get yourself a US side stand (kick stand ). UK ones are ***** !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Enjoy your bike mate :thumbup

Thanks for the replies, I've ordered a Blackbird side stand off of eBay, I hope it fits !
Nick

Regarding cans, you get what you pay for, quality costs more usually.
Most bikes will already be on map 2, previous owner will probably have had a set of cans on and sold them on seperately.
