Can I replace my (early model but '06 reg) Tuono headlight/fairing unit etc, with the unit of the later model Tuono?:dunno

Not without major engineering work.
Your Tuoldo front end is attached by an aluminium sub-frame.
The Tunuo front end is carried on the air intake duct, which is plastic.
You would have to make up a hybrid sub-frame to sort it. Probably cheaper & easier to trade up.
