At last, a cold but dry & sunny day. Bike needed tax so met the old man & took a 100 mile detour. By far the best bike I have ever ridden, I now know why every T owner I've met in the past had a huge smug smile. I can now join that elite crew.

Point it where you want to go & it does, crack the throttle & your skyward with unlimted power on tap. Thank fook I found this forum & made the leap from the RSVR. Loved the RSVR, motor not to different but the riding position & bike control just inspires confidence. Nearly had my arse on the tarmac, lesson learnt, it is a wild beast that will take time to tame.

As others have said, roll on Spring & Summer, infact tomorrow as I'm gonna take the scenic route to work!

Couple of dodgey pics I took of the bike on me phone :drool

Cheers mate. My hands were to cold to hold the phone still, lol.

PS. Anyone know how to set the clock & what's the key symbol on the dash with the 6 sparks (looks like a light bulb) indicate?

Nice one sparra. I found the same mate, all about 'control'. I found the T by accident after testing an RSV. How can they be so different?

PS Do you mean the temperature symbol?

Worlds apart Russ. Rode my dads z1000 a few times which made me think a straight bar naked was the way forward. Loved the RSVR motor hence sticking with the ape. Swoped bikes for a bit today so the old man could try the T out. His response was 'i'm putting the z on fleabay, keep a look out for a T'.

Erm, fook knows. Symbol is in the bottom left & looked like a key?

TBH mate I can't be arsed to go to the garage to check. I think its the temp gauge symbol

I should be out for my first ride on the T of the year this Sunday, fingers crossed. If the weather holds true I might even take her to Donny this week
