Morning all, finally got myself a Gen 2 '07 last year after riding a mates a while back.

What a machine! Love it.

Currently on a mission to tune the suspension within an inch of its life; Nitron NTR1 arriving next week and hunting forums for fork tuning tips.

May the sun always shine when you don your lid. Stay safe chaps

welcome to the forum dude !! ive also got an 07 gen 2 , ive owned it since nov 12 . done about 15000 mile on it and loved every well nearly every mile .

keep it well maintained and it will serve you well !! keep an eye on battery condition tho . and dog bone bushes .

andriani do fork cartridges as do nitron , you may be as well with factory ohlins forks *** they may be a cheaper option ( spares etc )

generally good build quality , although wiring harness around the engine is a bit crammed in and could lead to chaffing probs .

and FFS buy your self a decent drive chain and keep it in good nick , ive done 15000 miles on a DID x ring and have adjusted it only 3 or 4 times despite being given a hard time mostly !!!

ps hope to bump into you as I want to retire to the peak district in a couple of years time !!!:thumbup:lol
