Im with sabre on that one, if you pull the tab at the side of the screen up and down really fast it looks the same lol:devious:devious:nana:nana you know im only kidding lookin good m8 i bet it sounds a whole lot better to :biggrin

Looking good. Is that an 02 rsvr? The yellow ones are def growing on me. The rim tape definitely sets it off.
I've just fitted an RSV Titanium evo which I bought off a guy on here and apart from the badge on yours it looks identical.
I weighed the old can of which I am rather fond of actually! and it was 6.8Kg the Ti evo was 2.8Kg...quite a flippin difference and it sounds unreal.

02 yes, i love the colour too. I personally quite like the orig exhaust look and may be forced to put it back on as for neighbourly relations, I've had a few distasteful looks. This has never bothered me before with loud bikes but the mille is a bit more full on!

This is probably a dumb question but what are the springs in the exhaust for?

I put a micron on the previous 03 mille but it blew part on the first ride!
So this is my first after market on the 02 mille and it sounds fricken evil...
When you say springs 'IN' your exhaust...do you mean the retaining springs on the outside?

yes i realise the ones that attach to header are to hold the end can but what's the point in the one further up?

I've tried to attach a pic not sure whether it will work?
Anyway I'm guessing you mean the the spring that attaches the mid pipes/manifold to the front and rear headers.
It's just the same as the can really, an interference fit held together by springs. I'm not sure why they use this method. It's probably for expansion or so that the exhaust can move around under load/ heat.

on the Leo Vince i have a spring where the link pipe connects to the can on the underside. If you look on the pic at beginning of this thread you can see it on the underside of pipe. It's a sheathed spring, I'm not talking about the 2 springs attaching to header pipes.

It seems to serve no purpose as the link pipe and can are one piece?

hmmm I see what you mean! Did you try pulling it when it wasn't attahed to the bike? Who know's...let's call it an emergency spare in case one flys off...

Glad you like the pipe.
BTW the can is seperate to the link pipe, thats why it has a spring but it's such a tight fit I didn't try and seperate them.
