Final Mod - Dr Rossi Chips done the trick

Well thought i would share my past years setup since switching from my Blade to the standard Mille.
First fitted the Gianelli Twin Titanium race pipes with supplied Gianelli chip, then added a "Hooked" Pipercross air filter Mod....sounded sweet but was sure there could be a bit more power available. Next was 2 teeth down on the front sprocket and new chip to match my set up by "Dr Rossi" after sending him the details
The chip was the final part to this and made all the difference, talk about growl...power into a different league but still smooth, put the throttle where you want it and it delivers.
After 5 years of riding the Blade and seeing it as why should i change bikes when it does everything i want, i was reluctant to buy an RSV in case i didnt get on with it. After speaking to owners it came clear they all loved them, so bought it. Still admire the Honda massively but i can say it was good move...not sure i would ever go back to a 4 in a hurry :)
Credit to Dr Rossi, was a real shocker once i fitted that chip....not only did it open it right up the whole tone of the bike just sounds right. Thats it, dont feel i need to do any more but enjoy it...

Heres a clip, its a windy day so dont be thinking thats the engine running at the start :biggrin

Oh arse. See, will people STOP posting about good mods, as every time I see one, it goes on my "to do" list and therefore the bodywork sorting goes further away!! :rant

Nice looking bike:thumbup, those gianellis look nice if you ever want to swap for the full twin arrow system let me know:devious.

Cheers Dave, couldnt bear to part with them...sound much nicer then the vid could capture. One thing i do notice now is the refuel light comes on at about 90 miles jnstead of the 120 i was getting standard but a price wirth paying.
Quote Lee...get the bike like an animal first then get it looking pretty, that will get you smiling all day long :thumbup

Mate, to be fair, it's PLENTY powerful enough for me - I rarely use it hard. However, I'm a big fan of efficient running / correct AFR etc etc. Looking at maybe doing Hooked airbox and a Dr ROssi chip afore bodywork / decals.... Been pricey of late - new pair of tyres 2 weeks ago and major service to pay for today.... And I'm a carbon fibre fanboy, so I'm trying to resist that urge too. *sigh* - sucks to be me!!! :Oo

EDIT:- How easy / difficult to fit the chip, mate, please? Any soldering etc to be done? :thumbup

Yep tempting to add more carbon but im happy with the bits i have for now....chips easy to swap, just a pull out and push in with a steady hand, Dr Rossi sends instructions with diagrams plus the correct wire to snip. Airbox mod just has the bike singing sweet, just gotta be done...u will want to keep it wound up i promise
