Favorite Roads

Evening all, weather bad and nowt on telly so thought I'd start a new thread called "favorite roads" to whet everyone's appetite for the summer to come........

These pictures are of my favorite ride in the Scottish Borders, the switchback A702 from Abington to Thornhill and the Hard Knot and Winnets Passes in the Lake District. Enjoy..........

It would be fair to say I don't like you right now!

This is of course driven by jealousy and the fact that I live on the edge of the fens, the land of endless sky.

Cant wait to take the Tuono up Wrynose/Hardknott - i bet it just eats the bends and crazy gradients! Fab roads!

Yea, iv'e done most of those roads, Scotland's for me!! and yorkshire, Cumbria, Wales and the Peak district.
your really lucky to life in such a fantastic place to ride.
Watch out for the wooly bollards. hehe.
