Yes built myself a Twin Falco system for my 03R then made up the link pipes & put some TI SBK Leo VInce mufflers on the end sound excellent & performs Mint !! Had made a Twin link single system for the bike which went well but still not as good as the Twin system ... You will have to cut afair amount of the right Flairing panel away to make way the the front header as it comes out a lot further than stock & the rear header come down lower as well which requires cutting out a hole for this also .. Can help wil pictures if needed

Yes mate, they do - I fitted a full Falco system on my 2000 Mille. You're going to have to mod your fairing though - the front header pipe runs to the right rather than straight down under the engine. I just cut and re-fibreglassed my fairing, making a bulge in it, don't know if that was the best way to do it but it worked for me!

I think they run straight down the middle, but wouldn't swear to it. I've got a twin system on my 51 plate so I'll have a look tomorrow and let you know. I'm assuming it's got Mille headers on it cos doesn't look like the fairing's been cut at all.

I also have twin exhausts from falco on my mille. I have problem on left side of exhaust. Muffler and collector is touching swingarm. I've tried to turn them a bit, but it is still very close. Im not sure if it will stay like this after ride. How does your fit?
