Just got a cheap Blue flame exhaust of ebay for my 2000 Mille. Got a couple of Q's for anyone out there who may be in the know.

1 Its stamped not for road use..... Im guessing alot of aftermarket cans are. Will I be ok to use it on the road?

2 Its came without a strap to fix it to the pillion foot hanger :doh. Any ideas where I can get one?

Cheers! :thumbup

if the feds are feeling mardy they may do you for the "not for road use" can.
wouldnt worry to much tho dude, most of our cans are like it,the new cans get around this by providing a removable baffle or bung, thus not having to stamp it as a race can.
i have a blueflame on mine and ive not been bothered yet, ride fast and theyll not get close enough to see it lol.
as for the strap, try blueflame themselves as theyre a uk company, they may give you one if your lucky or sell you one mate.try link below and contact them.

Cheers Big un. I'll give them a call on Monday see if they'll send me the part.

How does it sound on the bike. I reckon it looks the part - can't wait to get it fitted. Weighs nothing compared to the original!:thumbup

Alright buddy im another BF owner and i can vouch for it sounding great 10 x better then the standard can If you get in touch with BF they will sort you out, i needed a link bracket for mine and they did me a deal

they sound very nice, specialy for the money!
obviously,if i could afford it,id have a different one on like a tig/stubby
but for £50 i musnt grumble mate.
id got used to it and thought it was quieter than my old titanium aprilia one,so
i changed em over but i was wrong, the blueflame is way louder and has a nice bark to it.
seems good quality too,not built to a budget as youd expect!
no different to a scorpion or micron that cost more.
