For anyone living in/around Essex, please be aware that the Essex Air Ambulance is doing a fundraising motorcycle run from Ford's at Dunton, to Harwich. It costs a fiver to join in - you can pay on the day, or pre-register using the PDF form on their site. If you pre-register, you will also be entered into the draw to win a new Suzuki Bandit.
The Air Ambulance provides a fantastic service, and saves many, MANY lives each year. It costs £105,000 per month in operational costs to keep this service running !!! It's not funded by either the Lottery, or the government (tight gits!!), and survives solely upon sponsorship and donations.

The gates at Dunton open at 8.30am, there are catering facilities so you can enjoy breakfast and more entertainment than ever before whilst you're
waiting to leave!
Look out for the big screen with lots of information on it and also Craig
Jones, Stunt rider will be performing on the test track. There are two shows scheduled at 9.30am and again at 10.45am, with Craig available to sign autographs and have photos taken between shows.
The bikes start to leave from 11.00am with pre-registered bikes taking
priority (another reason to pre-register!). All bikes follow the route
approved by Essex Police, A127-A130-A12-A120 into Harwich - look out for the directional signs sponsored by Sorrymate.com.
At Harwich, there is live entertainment on the Essex FM rig with loads of
stands from bike dealers to kiddies corner. Plus, look out for some
celebrity surprises!
Remember to keep your headlight sticker this year as this enters you into
the prize draw to win a brand new Suzuki Bandit.
