EFI and Red warning triangle coming on at high RPMs. Help

Any help would help fellas. So I have a 08 RSV 1000R the bike has no codes as I have checked. The issue I'm having is the EFI and red triangle warning light comes on when riding hard and The RPMs are high. As I slow down and shift the light goes away eveytime.. the oil level is good, coolant is good and the bike never runs hot. When the warning comes on there is no issues with the motor or power loss. I just don't know why it comes on. Thanks

Oil pressure sensor, I had the same problem.
I changed the sensor, it don't take long.
It's worth eliminating, I mate got a 2015V4rf it went on that in 6 months.

. It's a Good start, and definitely worth fixing it that's the issue. So the sensor goes bad and doesn't read the oil level right? Wouldn't the oil light come on if that sensor was reading a low level?

I can only speak from experience. I did check the oil level and it was fine.
I noticed when I bought the part it had been upgraded, I think it may be a common problem.
If it can fail on a six month old bike.
I don't think it cost much and I am glad that it failed when everything was fine.
It sounds the same when you say at high revs and when I was ridding it hard. I thought I had damaged something so took it easy and brought it home.
Phoned Aprilia Performance the next day and they said it's a faulty sensor and so it was.
It's been fine since.

Yea I'm definitely going to change it..that warning light is annoying.. I live in the US I gotta figure out where to buy it from, checked eBay and didn't see any on there. Is there a website you recommend ?

Hi, I got mine from Fowlers of Bristol, it's a bike shop over here thats a Aprilia dealer.
What about Af1, is there no dealers in NC.
Hard Racing or Superbike Unlimited may be able to point you in the the right direction, I am they are both in NC because I have bought parts from them.

Another thing to remember is that the sensor don't cost much, but engine does.
Hard Racing and Superbike Unlimited only sell performance parts but were very helpful.
But I am sure Af1 do Aprilia parts.
It is worrying to to see the warning light triangle at high revs.
But I can't be certain it's the sensor after reading about other failures and have it happen to mine a 2005 rsv mele factory and my friend's almost new bike, I would say it's probably the culprit.
Good luck mate and let me know how get on.

so I've had a lot going since and have not touched the bike since. I ordered the sensor today and will be installing as soon as it comes in. I hope this simple fix resolves my issue as I don't want to dig deeper into this problem.
