Hello, i seen this Edwards 57mm C.F. Air Box Kit for sale online, is this a good product ? also i did some research on it and it was on the Edwards 2004 r modules with the ram air tubes, for a claimed 147hp!

i figured this air box , edwards ram-air tubes, tigcraft 80mm 2-1 system and a pc-3 usb would push the stock motor to it's max, with out interail motor work?

Sprocks you going through an exhaust fetish at the mo, agree though they look spectacular

Those throttle bodies and that airbox is the Duckz Nutz...that will rake some boom from the twin pots. :thumbup Piped, Chipped and Mapped will be superb.

I used to be a Tig welder and think the natural unfinished look is much nicer imo, and it looks faster :biggrin

£2k for pipes is a load of cash, but just look at the welds, you going to have a go then sprocks? :biggrin

that tig system is around the £800 maybe plus vat also

I could weld it no problem, the problem would be rolling and forming the angles that i'd fcuk up :biggrin

Here's where i got the Tig Craft exhaust [email protected] $1600.00 U.S. so you Euro Guy's should get a good deal, scene the u.s. dollar is not what it use to be, you can go directly to the to the web site www.rollinfast.com, but it's a pain in the *** to find it, "Also do you guy's know anyone that has that Edwards Air box that i can P.M. for info"
i hoping with that exhaust, intake system, pc-3, and a pro-dyno tune around 150 crank ,and 125-130rwhp. i think with that tig craft, and PC-3 with a "pro-dyno tune" would make more than the Edwards model?

Anyway here she is 2002 Yellow Aprilia RSV Mille R

57mm Throttle Bodies.

The throttle bodies & carbon fibre air box are real nice, i have them on my track bike. I personally would not use the carbon fibre air box on the road,as they do not run an air filter. Maybe you could run the standard air box with the 57's, a k&n filter & the 2000 model air intake rubber, with the Edwards ram air tubes. Yes a PC3 usb is what is needed plus a good operator to get it running all good with the extras on it.:thumbup

yup the 57's and the CER chip gave me 126 bhp and a phat torque wave.
I agree with the prev poster use an evo or renegade with the tb's.
