Yes, another one. This seems to be the week to post dyno results. What we've got here is a RSV 02 25k miles and the following mods.
Renegade airbox kit, earlier model collector box, Dr Rossi chip, yoshi can. The bike is serviced by southerncross regularly where i took it for the dyno test. I am also attaching a dyno result from another member of this forum (RSV-TWIN) to compare it. If i remember well, his bike has the original airbox and bike model is the same as fine. Both took the bike to the same dyno centre. As you can see, not a massive difference in total hp (to be honest, I was expecting a little bit more) but very noticeable in the midrange. Check out figures frpm 5500rpm on, at 6500-7000rpm there is a difference of around 7hp. The torque figures are good and it seems to be rather flat considering the bike doesn't have a PClll. What do you think?:dunno

looks nice... iv just bought a Aprilia RSV Ti exhaust... so im hoping for a little more this time... if i can get the same amount of torque/bhp that the GP can gave me @ 4419rpms... il be a very happy chappy !! :biggrin

obvisously the 'open' airbox works wonders... giving around extra 6-7bhp in the low/mid range !! :doug

& Dr Rossi chip is fueling very nicely... mines all over the place... was this chip designed for a 'open' airbox !? :dunno

cant wait for my next upgrade now... a Hooky & a Chippy !! :devious

Yes, the chip was designed for an open airbox and open can. You will have to take it to a professional mechanic to do TB though.
