Got my 02 Mille dyno'd today at http://www.motrac-racing.com/

£150 for nearly 3 hours on the dyno to set up my PCIII map.:eatcorn

Final results were 125hp and 73.2 Max Torque.

Overall I'm happy with results, throttle response improved lot, pulls like a train now.

Speedo Sensor broke on way home. See what happens when you spoil the Italian Supermodel? She wants more attention!

I can recommend the company that did the work. They are based in Ellesmere Port. If you North West, might be worth taking a look. :thumbup

Souns good matey
Pretty much wot my 02 put out with similar mods, i had a full akra and th 57's too so i got 2 bhp and 4 Ft-lbs more,
the torque improvement at 40 percent throttle was huge and no dip at 6k

The full race exhaust would help more as I only have standard headers with the SBK Akra. I was told if it was a crisp Winter's day it would of been higher HP and Torque. A warm day, rain, clammy conditions didn't help.

Sensei i'm not sure what you mean by a Blend map or Dual Twin map. For the most part I was watching through screen, so couldn't see the computer screens.

This is a before and after. Decent gains everywhere.

Improved torque as it was all a bit of a mess low down. Blue was first fast run. Red is finished.

If you change out your speedo sensor.. can you send me the broken one?
I'm working on producing more reliable cheaper alternatives with replaceable elements, using the Autoronics sensors and could do with another complete sensor to copy.. butchered mine today in the efforts of investigation (was faulty anyway) and it's no longer a good model to work size and shape from (its mullered)

Hey Jon03Mile Blend is when the tuner creates a map blending front & back cylinder fuel tables as a single PCIII map ... Dual mapping is when he tunes the front as a seperate PCIII map & then tunes the rear as a seperate map ending up with 2 single map which is the way a V-Twin should be done if you have the money .. Still Dyno's are just a tuning point figure & should only be taken as that , & only as good as the day it was done .

I would'nt get too stressed over dyno figures for the sake of dyno figures....what you need is rideability and tractability, In the past I have spent 1000's hunting hp on dyno's only to make the bike damn near unrideable on the road.
A mild tweak here and there is fine but no dyno on the planet can simulate the varied conditions out on the road.
For example my SP1 went to Revolution racing and aganist advice that Roger gave me came out with nearly 158 bhp , I destroyed it on a trackday as I couldnt ride it the way it delivered the power, lesson no learnt bought an early R1 with BSB spec engine then spent another 4k on YEC parts ...grenaded it on the road as a result of it getting too hot.

Ah, Roger at Revolution, a genius with th e Firestorms too. But 158 from a SP1 ! That's quite a hike
