Ducati 1098 streetfighter?

Competion! pah.... the big T has one more year fo production to use up the Rotax engines, then make way for the Tuono RSV4...... we are not worthy :hail

I'm not interested in a 4cyl tuono, but would sure love to see one with a 1200cc twin and less weight:devious

mmmmmmmm 1200 twin less than 200 kilo ready to ride & upwards of 150+ hp they can do i have faith

Ditto per me:thumbup

The RSV4 "Tuono" will be a beast, not doubt. But give me a V twin streetfighter any day. As you guys have said: 170kg, 140kw, V-twin. Same chassis and brakes as my T. Thanks!:cheers

well there are rumours thet the shiver's gonna appear with 1200 cc

From what I've heard, that engine is only going to make around 95kw. I don't know if a 1200 Shiver will be anything like a Tuono though:dunno

I'm sorry to say but I think the 1200 Shiver is going to move more towards the Monster series, kinda soft but more friendly for the image conscious. The Tuono as we know it is probably a thing of the past. I say all that will the hope I'm wrong, maybe they will come out with a full-blooded 1200 to slap around the likes of the Speed Triple, The Monsters and Brutale like the good old days :kicknuts

Looks good but it is still gonna need Duc servicing

I'm not a huge fan of the lower rad setup, but I'd ride it:drool

Now Ape has to make a 1200cc version of the T:devious

Those mirrors would be the first to go there pig dog ugly... & at 6 "1" and 95 kilo i dont know how long i could sit in that saddle b 4 sooking......
But then again i could raise the bars and it looks like being windy

to be honest it doesn`t look that good . It looks empty (push iron with motor) frame made from scaffolding ( again ) and the swing arm well out of proportion (where did they get it ? off a tank?)I am not bias butI still prefer the T and most Suzuki s

I prefer a T and any Suzuki. Hondas get my attention is they are vintage..... Ducs always look good but I am not a fan of the dry clutch sounds.

155hp and 368lbs from a naked twin - who cares what it looks like? :drool First bike I've seen I'd trade my TLS for in a heartbeat!
