Another signature on!! They don't know what to argue for first do they, less emissions/less congestion or the anti-bike arguments. Obviously the latter is currently winning the arguing.

Bad govournments make bad laws and this lot are the worst i have known, there philosophy is tax,tax,and more tax, it won't be long before they try to ban bikes.
Bottled water will be the next so called green tax.after the have exhausted all the green issues it will be a window tax, driveway tax,etc,etc. Big brother is here now.:angry
 
I hate all polititians, an especially those :jack who think they can tax us the earth an not get taxed a bloody penny for their 2 jags, rollers, and any other 4 wheeled contraptions!:jack:jack:jack:angry:angry:angry
