Double checking torque settings

Just finished swapping some shims over as both inlets on the front were over by 0.03mm. Was able to swap one over and bought the other from Griff (great service - thanks). Took two attempts as I hadn't calibrated the micrometer before using it:roll the first time. Now have everything back together and want to double check the torque settings before sticking the cover TBs etc back on and hitting the red button with my fingers crossed.

If I'm reading the manual correctly. The settings for the cam clamp, cam to sprocket and top cam tensioner all for Front cylinder are all 11nm can anyone confirm that and save me possibly ruining a perfectly good engine.

thanks

Chris

Chris - Aprilia states 11 Nm for virtually all M6 fasteners. You need either sensitive, experienced fingers - or a quality torque wrench (mine's 1/4" drive, 5-30 Nm). 'Man up' and do it! . . . A.

Thanks Andreas. Have stuck it all back together and fired it up with no nasty noises. Just wasn't sure I was reading the manual correctly as I was working out what was what by the number of bolts as much the descriptions as they were a bit thin.

Also realised I've got 57mm throttle bodies on a 2004 factory so assuming it's been upgraded at some point. Previous owner said he had the head gas flowed but didn't mention new TBs.

Cheers
Chris
