Donington WSB ??

:devious The back page of the MCN is saying that looks like Donington is F@cked :dunno for the WSB at the end of July and is to be held at Silverstone on same dates. So just changed my Hotel bookings from Derby to Northampton. Looks like the end of an era,,,, great circuit but the facilities were crap :angry Prices for rooms in Silverstone area going quickly & prices rising

I was contemplating going to Donington this year anyway for the first time,
as Brands is my local track & recent venue for WSB in previous years untill that is the greedy 'flammini bros' and Jonathan Palmer could not come to an agreement over fees for bringing the event to Brands again.

Feeling the need to follow Leon Camiers progress with interest amongst a lot of other talented Brits in the WSB series this yr I was not looking forward to Donnington anyway.

Not good news for Donnington as a circuit then.

Silverstone is a lot closer for me to attend anyhow.:biggrin Would not need accomodation then.

Tho this track is better suited to the IL4's so i've heard.

i'll be renting my motorhome out for superbikes weekends throughout the year. it's a six berth with a garage in the back.

:devious It,s a deffo ,,,, Silverstone & WSB websites have both confirmed now at Silverstone instead of Donington ,,,, 6 Brits :hail in top 10 at official WSB testing at Portimao today :doug
