Motorcycle clothing from "FDL International" ....................its absolute **** !.
It looks good, is competitively priced and has all the right words in the sales blurb, none of it is true, not a word and it falls apart.

Hi Scott.

I take it you bought some? Bit late now I know but I could have told you that they were crap.

I have been supplying motorcycle leathers for 6 years and have had samples from most manufacturers, most of these companies supply cheap pakistan split leather ( they soak the leather in water so it swells then slice it in half giving a very thin piece of leather) and the stitching is no better than I could do.

If you (or anyone else for that matter) wants any advice at all just ask. I take every set I get in my size out for a spin to see how they feel so I am pretty well educated in these things. I always reckon it is better to buy a set of top class used leathers for £300 than new ones for the same money or less, you do get what you pay for in leathers.

Anway mate, hope you didn't pay too much.

J and S have some cracking deals on leathers popped in one yesterday, wish i had`nt but i stayed strong :biggrin

Sorry should have said that these are textiles , not leathers.

I bought them back in May (I think), paid £100 or £125 for them and guess what cannot find the UK reseller and the company is based in Pakistan and doesnt respond to emails .................

Lesson learnt.

Steve as soon as I can afford (read the wife lets me, but its a safety thing dear dont cut the cake no more) it I will be paying you a visit !!, assumimg you do "Fat Bastid" sizes ? (Textile of course)
