i am totally pissed off .....
i noticed the lid on the brake fluid resevoir was corroding BADLY ...
then i noticed wow that is really overfull ... then i notice **** is slightly leaking ..thats why the lid is sooo corroded ...
then i notice **** there is a drip of it down the side of the dam petrol tank !!!
The drip has bubbled all the laquer on the tank (a thin long drip of it )
obviously the bike bein on stand tilted , has totally fukked the lid of the resevoir !!

its going back to the dealer i got it off tomorrow , i only had the fukker 8 week !!

so guys....check yer brake fluid lids :crazy

im gutted to say the least ... where do i stand if the dealer tells me to *** off ??
 
punch him square in the puss chris,,,,, my cap wis the same all corroded, i bought new caps fae oberon,,,,tidy,,,,, ****** still leaking, put new diaphram on it,,,,, and hey presto,,,,, still leaks,,,,, so noo got wan o thae wee sock things roond it,,,,,, baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaastard

to be honest , i was really really angry when i first saw it ...
calmed down now ,
but now im just gutted, i just want it fixed... even the wifes fukked off out and she NEVER goes out on a thursday lol
 
had my lid replaced under warrenty when the bike was less than a year old:thumbdown
along with the oil tank, rear wheel spindle, fork seels(ohlins), front brake pads and the bike live in a very dry garage and gets sprayed with scott oil fs365 after every wash :bawling

oh almost forgot the CLOCKS:eek they were replaced but the new ones are misting up already:crazy

no local dealer in plymouth, GT Motorcycles, they have changed everything with no problems, they didn't even charge me the new oil after they chanced the oil tank
 
let us know how you get on chris, its not the end of the world if its just the laquer, i know a little chap who could sort that for yer.

but 1st go back and put yer case.











right threw the fuckers windows.

already got new lid ..and one of them protect sock things on order ...only 20 quid for the two .... i am goin to robinsons tomorrow afternoon after speakin to the sales guy earlier today. :bawling

i am now ok , its not something that cant be fixed easily ,
just was unexpected is all. i will post back tomorrow and let you all know how i got on.... :cheers
 
How's yer mucker that went down? Trust he's OK and back at work.

Freaks you out when yer babies hurt but as the lads say, keep cool and hopefully some kind of compromise will get sorted if need be. Or if their in a festive mood they might just sort it for you. ??
Think it was Headmuscle or Trevallion that walked in the garage one day and their tanks had 'shrunk or blown up' or summat. Fok me imagine that ?????????
Thits fat *** just scraped his frame fookin about with the Abba stand so I'm proper pished off meself. What a Nob.

Careful - I scratched the bellypan on mine with the abba as well. Great stands, just need careful operation.
 
I have comented on the frame paint before, its crap and my biggest gripe about Prillas. Don't excuse me kak handedness tho :-[
