Gday All,
any chance someone can help, these are the things I have done to be rid of the infernal thing.
1/shorted out 1/2 and 5/6 connections in the 6 block connector.
2/removed the small black connector from inside the unit.
3/removed the siren
4/removed the inline fuse
it ran when I had finished, but this morning a flat battery...what have I done wrong.?
do I need a wiring diagram of the thing or do I just chase all the wires down to the original loom and go from there.
If any one emails me I can supply the number and docs refering to the installation in the UK......no one in my small town ( NZ) knows anything about them so I am on my own.
Any advice will be gratefully recieved.
:dunno cheers jonno

I ripped mine out a few months ago. Using a haynes manual to see what colour wires the alarm was linked into. i.e indicators etc. I think the only thing i had to solder back was the ecu immobiliser which i just looped from one output to the other ( cant remember which without looking at the schematics)

If you download the schematics drawings it's fairly easy to follow :eatcorn taped all the bare wires up afterwards , probably took me about an hour or so to do :thumbup

Thanks sprocker, took me a while longer than you but now it works a treat, your pics helped as well.
cheers jonno
