Cylinder head compatability.

I was just reading a thread http://www.rsvzone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=9467

very interesting about the plugs and valve sizes.
Does anyone know the compatability of the big/small valve heads ?

I have a 2000 Mille and if some came along at the right price with some 57mm Boddies I may be interested in swapping them over.

Will they fit? Anyone done this before? Any other problems I should look out for?

The older bikes have a 4 coil setup and the 2 plug heads use a 2 outlet coil pack which could make things interesting.

Thas all very interesting, But I'm thinking of 02 - 03 heads on 98 - 00 engine, This article is 04 heads on an 02 engine.

Thanks for the info anyways, I'm keeping my eyes open for some heads anyway.
Incidentally a 2000 engine didn't even get a 99p bid on ebay this week !!

fraid not mate if i remember rightly the oil feeds to the heads are different ......

thet certainly are different part numbers!!
