Ha ha Paul, That's one of those Ohlinazzocihowa forks mate, been battered having been used on a large pie dinner by the looks.

No worries now chaps, my local dealer has just advised I can get a new one under warranty. No recall, that'll be admitting liability apparently.

Here's my local dealer, all the techs are factory trained.

They did mention ham-fistedness around the coleslaw or beans tubs often causes this problem.

Looks like they have gone too far on the weight saving by trimming down on the parts where the prongs meet the main body of the fork. this has lead to stress fractures and subsequent failure.
 
Obviously a gen 2 fork this. More meat on a gen 1.... there is on mine anyway! :dowhat

Not any more after tonight fella, I'm sitting here with a serious bottle of grog and an angle grinder. things are coming together. The only meat you've got left is in a Findus Lasagne.
