hi mate , don't know about a replacement screen !! but try trawling thru e bay for a duff set of clocks ( cheap ) same clock were fitted to loads of Italian bikes , guzzi breva , scooters etc , all will share the same screen .
worth a try as a gen replacement jobbie may only be available by buying a complete clock set .rsvr,s have same screen glass with different clock configuration .

Daz, if yer gig up some donor clock use the info on Tifa's link tae take the surround off,,,,,,,,,,or better still sort yer clock fae misting.
