Cops on camera tonight

S

Smiffy

Did anyone watch cops on Camera this evening? (Monday 5th Jan)
There was a road rage incedent in Yorkshire.......There was a black RSVr and what looked like a KTM having some fun with a Peugot estate, the Police were on a black suzuki hayaBusa full of cameras and video kit pulled over the car for driving like a ****.

Just wondered if the Mille rider was a member of this site?
if it was you!!!!! claim your fame for making it onto TV :thumbup:thumbup

I saw that too!!!

See the TV in the shed has it's benefits, never miss your TV programmes.

Come on who was it, gotta be some one here.

Hero lol!!! i think the copper did well.

and that car at the end!!!! :rant that is a typical driver i fooking hate:jack :rant:rant:angry

he deserved to be sent down by the officer. lucky he weasled his way out of it.

So the bloke who hit the horse was 'automatically' guilty of due care and attention because he was on the wrong side of the road. Try telling that to Hampshire bike cops who demonstrate just that technique on the Bikesafe course. Coppers don't half talk some bollocks sometimes.

I watched this last night, the horse rider distinctly said that the motorcyclist was on the correct side of the road coming round the corner when he braked upon seeing the horses and "wobbled" over the white line to the opposite lane, the copper changed that to suit his own version of events :jack
And the SP1 rider wouldn't have been chased after if he hadn't been nailing it through that village :roll 6 points and £750 fine  for doing 110

and what eveidence did he have to threaten the bloke on the KTM with prosecution - just the word of the ****** in the car's mate. Should have called his bluff and said he'd see him in court.:rant:rant:rant:rantlife's so unfair nnnnnnaaggggggggeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrrr:rant

Got to agree there the bike cops in northampton are the same with the bikekraft coarse they say try and straighten the road out when ever possible

Same here in Kent, use as much of the road as possible. Bikesafe tell you to go over the other side of the road to get a clear view of whats around the bend.....but they do say "if safe to do so" it clearly wasnt safe for this guy to do so! so therfore un due care and attention!
The Horse was hardly travelling towards him at speed, just think if that was another bike coming round the corner! crash bang wallop....it would have been a lot worse!

honestly though, how many horses do you see riding 'single file' like they are meant too.....

full of ****!!!!!! no horses ride single file anymore.....

tbh i dont think the biker did much wrong bar speeding.

even the lady admitted he was on his side of the road ;) job done. the officer still backed up his story though and failed.

I went to an IAM meet just before xmas with a view to doing the courses (might still do it) but, when I was speaking to them casualy I mentioned that the bikesafe guys occasionaly tell you to go over the white line - to the wrong side. They told me i was totaly wrong and they would never advise you to do that!? :dunno

I'm glad you guys have said this as i really started to believe them!

Lot of IAM guys are ex or serving bike cops anyway. Using the other side of the road to extend your view is a standard police technique. Suspect this is a case of 'do as I say, not as I do'.

cops no nowt

when they were picking up the yamaha tenelady the copper was saying oh this is a 600k motorcycle as if! i dont think yamaha would have been to chuffed about that one typical copper full of ******** for the cameras
